The Bothell Police Headquarters and Public Works Facility is an example of a project in which we worked with our client from project inception through complicated multi-agency negotiations at a high level. It also demonstrates that New Ventures Group is equally skilled at negotiating with regulatory agencies, governments and commercial business owners as it is with owners of single family homes.

New Ventures Group successfully negotiated the acquisition of 3 residential properties, a dental clinic, a commercial bank branch and a church parking lot in order to assemble the necessary contiguous parcels to support the project.

The project was successful for many of the same reasons listed above, but in a very different setting: a Central Business District. The project required extreme sensitivity to the existing property owners and established businesses within the Bothell CBD. New Ventures Group negotiated agreements with each property owner that allowed for time to relocate the business prior to acquisition. Again, this project was completed on time and within budget.
