Current and recently completed projects include the identification and acquisition of: a City Hall and Police Headquarters site for the City of Bothell; a 15+ acre site for the Dieringer School District; an 8 acre site for the Northshore Performing Arts Center; 10-15 acre Elementary School sites for the Mount Vernon and Issaquah School Districts; a 25+ acre site acquisition for a future Bus Transportation and Administration Headquarters facility for the Northshore School District.
